SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS IMPLEMENTED<\/h1>

We obtained ISO 20121 certification in 2021, which has been audited annually and successfully maintained to date.<\/p>

Over the past five years, we have implemented a wide range of sustainable solutions across the event.<\/p>

    • Developing synergies with sponsors and partners to pursue sustainable solutions.<\/li>
    • Collaborating with sponsors and partners to showcase relevant sustainability data and actions during the event.<\/li>
    • Providing education and raising social awareness on recycling through the use of recycling bins and informational messaging.<\/li>
    • Informing suppliers about potential waste\u2011reduction practices.<\/li>
    • Engaging the local community by prioritizing local purchasing and hiring wherever possible.<\/li>
    • Promoting diversity and equality in the jobs generated by the event. We require our staffing providers to prioritize the recruitment of people with intellectual disabilities for roles in which such inclusion is feasible.<\/li>
    • Accessibility measures for people with autism.<\/li>
    • Sharing and disseminating the event\u2019s sustainability results with stakeholders.<\/li><\/ul>

        • For pest control, we use sustainable solutions whenever possible, such as employing birds of prey to manage the pigeon population.<\/li>
        • Assessing merchandise, sustainable food options and eco\u2011label certifications.<\/li>
        • Using high\u2011efficiency appliances.<\/li>
        • Evaluating alternatives to plastic and single\u2011use materials and reducing single\u2011use plastics as much as possible. For example, we use canned water instead of plastic bottles.<\/li>
        • Assessing the environmental impact of food and beverage consumption and promoting options with the lowest environmental footprint.<\/li>
        • Ensuring proper waste\u2011collection management.<\/li><\/ul>

                • Prioritizing freight\u2011transport companies that operate under sustainable and low\u2011impact criteria.<\/li>
                • Ensuring accessibility to the main event activities by removing physical barriers that may restrict access for people with disabilities.<\/li>
                • Collecting data on travel distance and mode of transportation during the ticket\u2011purchase process.<\/li><\/ul>
