THE WINDOW FOR APPLYING FOR PRESS ACCREDITATION IS NOW OPEN
The Mutua Madrid Open 2024 will be held from 22 April to 5 May in the Caja Mágica.
The Mutua Madrid Open will communicate the status of your application once it has been processed.
Any application received after the deadline will not be accepted.
The platform for accreditation applications for the 2024 Mutua Madrid Open will remain open until 4 April.
-Completion of the application form does not guarantee accreditation for the Mutua Madrid Open 2024. All applications will receive an email with the status of their accreditation once they have been processed.
-All applications from non-institutional mail servers (yahoo, hotmail, gmail and similar) or freelance journalists must attach an official letter from the media outlet for which they will be working at the Mutua Madrid Open 2024, showing that they have recently been accredited for other ATP or WTA tournaments. This letter should be sent to comunicacion@madrid-open.com. Failure to do so will result in the application not being processed.
-Journalists belonging to the ITWA and ITPA do not need to attach a letter. It will be sufficient to specify their membership in the appropriate box during the accreditation process.
-Access to the press car park must be requested during the accreditation process and is subject to availability. You will be informed at the time of accreditation collection if it has been possible to accept your parking request.
-Accreditations are not transferable under any circumstances and must be used only by the accredited person.
-Communication with the tournament organisers for press accreditation requests will only be made by email to comunicacion@madrid-open.com.
-The official press hotel is the NH Alcorcón (Av. de Europa, 2, Edificio A, 28922 Alcorcón, Madrid).
-Room reservations for the media will be accepted until 22 March at the special rate for the event. After that date, availability is not guaranteed.
-All reservations must be made through the following link.
-The official press hotel is the only one with free transport from the hotel to the Caja Mágica and from the Caja Mágica to the hotel (times will be notified at a later date).
