No, the use of laptops by the public is prohibited in the stands and within the competition court areas.

Cameras for personal use are allowed, but filming or recording is not allowed without prior authorisation from the organisation.

Children under the age of three may enter for free as long as they do not occupy a seat.

During sunny hours, the seats on the west side and the north end of the stadium are shaded longer than the other sectors.

No, food and drink may not be brought in. There are food and beverage areas inside the venue. In cases where it is necessary for health reasons, an e-mail must be sent in advance to entradas@madrid-open.com together with medical justification so that the Organisation can provide a certificate.

The Mutua Madrid Open is a knockout tournament, so the order of play for a particular day can only be announced the night before the match. Therefore, it is not possible to buy a ticket to attend a specific player’s match in advance.

The final list of players will not be known until approximately two weeks before the tournament. This list may change up to the day before the tournament starts.

No, once you have left the premises, you will not be allowed to re-enter within the same sitting.

The prices of all tickets, regardless of the amount and the sales channel through which they are purchased, will be increased by €2.00 as a service and administration fee.

No, under no circumstances will duplicate tickets be issued. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to tickets.

No, the purchase is final and no returns or exchanges are allowed.

Spectators will be able to enter the Caja Mágica at the start of the session purchased. Please check the timetable before attending.

Tickets are sold per session and per stadium access. Therefore, if you want to see, for example, all the matches taking place at the Manolo Santana Stadium on a specific day, you must purchase a day session ticket and a night session ticket for the Manolo Santana Stadium. There is also the possibility that the session is a single session, in which case your ticket would be valid for the whole day. Please consult the Tournament Schedule for each day’s sessions.

No, there are different types of tickets that give access to different courts.

  • Manolo Santana Stadium *: by purchasing a “Manolo Santana Stadium” ticket you get access to the Manolo Santana Stadium, Stadium 3 and the Tennis Garden.
  • Premium Seats: Access to Estadio Manolo Santana Espacio Premium, Estadio 3 and Tennis Garden.
  • Stadium 2: You access this stadium with the “Stadium 2 Ticket” and Tennis Garden.
  • Walking Entrance: access to Stadium 3 and Tennis Garden.

*Access to Stadium 3 and Tennis Garden are subject to the capacity of the venue.

For security reasons, tickets are not sent by post.

Mobile ticket: This option allows you to download your tickets to your smartphone or tablet.

To download your tickets, click on the link in the confirmation email. Once downloaded, they will be automatically added to the corresponding application:
